STARA WĘDZARNIA regulations

1. Reservations can be made via phone, fax or e-mail.

2. Reservation is confirmed after making the deposit that has been agreed on before (account number: mBank 85 1140 2004 0000 3402 4096 4000).

3. Paying the deposit and thus making a successful reservation means accepting all booking conditions set out herein.

4. Reservation without deposit is possible in exceptional circumstances.

5. If a guest who made a reservation and paid the deposit does not arrive until 6 a.m. the day after the arranged date, we treat it as a cancellation, unless otherwise agreed.

6. In case of a reservation without a deposit, if a guest does not arrive until 6 p.m. on the arranged date, we treat it as a cancellation, unless otherwise agreed.

7. The balance is payable in cash on arrival.

8. In case of an early departure for reasons independent of Stara Wędzarnia, the payment is not refundable.

9. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before arrival.

10. Check-in time is 2 p.m., check-out time is at noon. Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

11. Our guests' visitors are allowed in the hotel between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., and only after making the management aware of their presence.

12. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

13. For safety reasons, upon leaving the house please close the windows and lock the door to your room, as well as the main entry and the gate.

14. Our car park is free and unprotected. Stara Wędzarnia is not responsible for the vehicles left in the car park or any possessions left inside them.

15. If there is any damage, guests are obliged to inform the reception desk as soon as they notice it.

16. Guests are financially responsible for any kind of damage which is their own or their visitors' fault.
